SELECTION CRITERIA

Neighbourhood - Localities and areas will be considered on the basis of aerial distance.

2. Siblings / Alumni Category wise 20

20 points are awarded if the applicant is:

  • real sibling (brother/sister) of an existing student (with existing Admission Number), OR
  • A child of a school alumnus.
  • Cousins or extended family members are not eligible
Category 2A: Sibling 20
Category 2B: Alumni 20

NOTE

Selection Based on Points
  • Admission shall first be offered to applicants securing the highest points under the school’s admission criteria (Neighbourhood + Sibling/Alumni).

  • If the number of candidates with the highest points exceeds the number of available seats, selection will be done by draw of lots (Online).

  • The draw will be conducted strictly as per the schedule prescribed by the Directorate of Education (DOE) vide Notification No. F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/9179-9188 dated 22 Nov 2025.

Filling of Vacant Seats
  • In case of unfilled vacancies after accommodating all candidates with the highest points, the vacant seats will be offered to the next highest point scorers.

  • This process will continue sequentially until all seats are filled, strictly following the DOE admission schedule.

Transparency & Compliance
  • The entire admission process will be conducted in accordance with DOE norms to ensure fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity.

  • Parents/guardians are advised to regularly check the school website and DOE notifications for updates on schedules and procedures.

Documents Required for Verification

(Applicable only for candidates shortlisted for admission)

Parents/guardians are requested to present the following documents in original at the time of verification:

  • Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card of the child.
  • In case of real siblings currently enrolled in the school, the Fee Receipt or Student Identity Card of the existing student.
  • Admission No and SLC of the Alumni (if enrolling the ward of the Alumni of the School).
  • Address Proof (any one document permitted by the Directorate of Education):
    • Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of either parent, with the child’s name included.
    • Domicile Certificate of the child or either parent.
    • Voter Identity Card (EPIC) of either parent.
    • Electricity Bill, MTNL Telephone Bill, Water Bill, or Passport in the name of either parent or the child.
    • Aadhaar / UID Card of either parent.
  • 4 clear colored passport size Photographs of parents and the student.
  • Medical Certificate issued by a registered doctor.
  • Any additional document as may be allowed by the Directorate of Education (DOE).

Important Note: Clear and complete scanned copies of all required documents must be uploaded at the time of registration.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

1. Submission of Registration Form
  • Parents are advised to submit only one registration form, either online or offline.

  • Submission of both forms will result in cancellation of the application.

  • It is preferable to complete the process online for convenience and accuracy.

2. Registration Timeline
  • Registration forms will be available from 04 December 2025 to 27 December 2025.

  • Online Registration:

    • Fill in the form, pay the registration fee of ₹25, and receive an acknowledgement email with registration number and payment details.

  • Offline Registration:

    • Forms may be collected from School Gate No. 1 between the school hours until 4:00 pm of the last day as per Timeline.

3. Age Criteria
  • For Nursery: 3 years up and less than 4 years as on 31 March 2026

  • Eligible birth dates: 01 April 2022 – 31 March 2023 (inclusive).

  • An age relaxation of up to 30 days may be granted by the Head of School upon written request to the Principal.

4. Document Verification
  • No original documents are required at the time of registration.

  • For completion of registration:

    • Online applicants must upload either original scanned copies or self‑attested scanned copies of the required documents in the online module.

    • Offline applicants must attach self‑attested copies of the required documents as annexures along with the registration form.

  • Verification of original documents will be conducted only for applicants whose names appear in the admission lists.

5. Medical Information
  • Parents must declare any medical concerns or special needs of the child in the registration form. Suppression or misrepresentation of medical information will be treated as incorrect information.
